About Us

Rayshell Ranch is a barn and farm wedding venue located in Loxahatchee, Florida. An ideal setting for your ceremony, reception, or event.  You and your guests can enjoy a truly rustic experience here. With ample room, a charming atmosphere, and a lot of pleasant sights to behold, it offers somewhere that is ideal for your big day.

Facilities and Capacity

Boasting 15 acres of space at the property, Rayshell Ranch provides more than enough room for the couple of honor to enjoy a rather rustic experience.

Their barn is an upscale air-conditioned building that allows you and your guests to come together for a truly magical experience. An upscale barn, it provides a countryside charm while also allowing you to relax in comfort. Here, you can enjoy your dream reception, or you can host your wonderful ceremony as you are joined in matrimony by your chosen officiant. The wooden interiors, fan lighting, and blank canvas design mean that you can decorate it according to your tastes.

For the ceremony, the gazebo also offers a terrific place for you and your partner to become official newlyweds. With the water behind you, the barn in the background, and florals on the gazebo, you can say ‘I do’ in a picturesque setting.

Around the many acres of farm, the happy couple and their guests can benefit from several places that are ideal for photo opportunities. Whether you are posing by the pond dock, taking pictures by the water, or sitting on the swing, your photographer can take some great shots.

The capacity of the venue is for approximately 150 people to be seated at tables. As many as 200 can gather here overall, allowing for cocktail receptions and mingling to take place. Outdoor seating is also available, meaning there is the opportunity for al fresco dining.

Services Offered

We offer numerous package types, daily rates, and hourly pricing.  We believe a wedding or event day should be as easy and stress-free as possible which is why in each package we include our in-house coordinator.   We don’t just book your event and expect you to figure the rest out.    We will be there for you every step of the way.  Our coordinator will help you with your planning and design.   It’s super fun to text her photos of your Pinterest ideas.  To build your visionary wall.

Our ranch is pet friendly, meaning that your pawed companions can join in the celebrations.
